The European Academy of Paediatric Dentistry is an organization of individuals whose primary concern is in the area(s) of practice, education and/or research specifically related to the specialty of Paediatric Dentistry. It purpose shall be the advancement of the specialty of Paediatric Dentistry for the benefit of the oral health of children.

EAPD Member Application Form

Download the Application Form to your PC in MS-Word (.doc) or (pdf) format. The printed and completed form should then be given to the Councellor of your country who should also endorse it and forward it to the Secretary. You may also send it directly to the Secretary.

Please include the following:

Copy of your diploma/degree/accreditation certificate from your training program in Paediatric Dentistry

Brief curriculum vitae (no more than two pages long)
