2010 Membership payment procedure and files
Members
Institutions
Membership subscriptions for 2010 are now due in January 2010. The procedure for payment is as follows.
- Members will be issued with a subscription payment form for 2010 by the Membership Secretary (Dr. Chery Butz) requesting payment of the dues (see scale of fees below) for 2010 to be made.
- The preferred method of payment is by credit card. Please complete the credit card payment form (you can also download the form here in .doc or.pdf format) and post or Fax to the Treasurer (note for security reasons do not send the forms by e-mail). This method of payment incurs no bank charges to the member and only a very small charge to the EAPD and this is why this method is the preferred method for membership payments.
- Payment will also be possible by cheque in Pound Sterling equivalent of the Euro (currently £90.48 but changing all the time) or by direct transfer into the EAPD bank account (please note that all bank charges for direct transfer payments MUST be paid by the member). Any member paying by direct bank transfer who instructs their bank to charge EAPD for the bank charges will be issued with an invoice to cover these costs.
- The membership renewal form should be completed by all members and returned to the Membership Secretary (Cheryl Butz) by post or E-mail (butz@toothbeary.com) to the address on the form.
- Please complete the members section of the form so that the Academy has up to date contact details (address, phone, fax and e-mail address) for every member.
- Any changes in membership details can be completed and submitted online at the members section of the website www.eapd.gr
- Members who have not paid by 28 th February 2010 will be sent a reminder.
- Members who have still not renewed their membership by 31 st March 2010 will have their name removed from the members list and will no longer receive the Academy's Journal (European Archives of Paediatric Dentistry).
- Lapsed members will be required to re-apply for membership of the Academy by submitting an application to the Secretary (Paddy Fleming).
- Paid up members will be sent a membership card with their EAPD username and password to enable access to the member’s only section of the website. This card is to be presented at general assemblies during the Academy Congress in order to prove voting eligibility.
